Castle Quay is situated on the St. Helier Waterfront in Jersey and represents a unique experience for Jersey, bringing together retail, catering, entertainment, leisure, office and residential uses to create a new urban quarter.

Phase 1 of the development consists of two internal courtyard blocks animated through a variety of facade materials, balcony designs and a series of glass shards running the full height of the elevations. The buildings contain 341 one, two and three bedroom apartments and approximately 75,000 sq. ft. of commercial space over five and six floors, together with a basement car park of 439 spaces.
