Mixed Use:

St Helier, Jersey

250,000 sq ft

The Liberty Wharf development carefully combines contemporary intervention with the restoration of historic listed buildings to create a new meeting place for St Helier. The scheme comprises a variety of interrelated uses including hotels, office, retail units, restaurants, a visitor information centre for Jersey Tourism and a new transportation centre for the Island. Spaces are organised around a series of new and restored courtyards and covered walkways, culminating in a major new public space for dining, meeting and performances throughout the day and evening.
