A dense, close knit, mixed use development carefully inserted into a town centre location.  The scheme is designed as a new urban quarter with residential accommodation above ground floor shops, cafes and bars, creating a vibrant new community in the heart of St. Helier.

Pedestrian routes through the scheme knit the development into the surrounding street pattern and successfully repair the existing urban fabric.

Simple, compact apartments are grouped as a series of vertical elements of clean lines and contrasting materials, breaking down the massing of the development to reflect the scale and existing urban grain of the town centre.

The Spectrum development was awarded the ‘Best Large Scale Development’ award in the 2006 Jersey Design Awards.
