Residential Developments:

An apartment block of 7 flats, located on the promenade of St. Aubin's Bay, Jersey, Sylvania is envisaged as a simple, glazed pavilion–type building. It is divided into its constituent apartments by floor and through vertical, white rendered walls which slice through the glazing and from which projecting balconies are introduced.

The top floor is recessed to minimise its impact from street level, and is further differentiated through the use of copper panels. A continuous overhanging roof, clad in copper, provides solar shading and further articulation. The rear elevation is articulated through the vertical stair and lift cores which slice through the symmetrical facade.
