Axis Mason were appointed by Bellway Homes to provide construction information for 73 units residential development in NW London. The development consists of two private and one affordable residential blocks, which embraces an amphitheatre and a children’s play area.

The project is designed to comply to LTH, CfSH Level 04 & HQI’s requirements, it also benefits with the installation of a CHP to provide all the residents with hot water and communal electric requirements. The buildings external appearance is in keeping with the areas industrial warehouse influences. This relationship is evident with the use of zinc cladding, rustic brickwork and sawn-off toothed roof scape.
