This residential scheme responds to its unique location, sitting within a disused quarry on the edge of St. Helier town centre. A series of 4 blocks are strategically orientated to maximise southerly aspect of apartments, sea views and day light penetration to the landscaped podium spaces between.

The granite and render lower walls of each block splay outwards to animate the facades and accommodate balconies. The blocks step upwards to respond to the scale of the dramatic backdrop, a sheer cliff face.  This project has been designed in conjunction with MJP Architects.
