The Liberty Wharf development carefully combines contemporary intervention with the restoration of historic listed buildings to create a new meeting place for St Helier and an important link from the main town to the waterfront.  Water features, traditional local materials and workmanship and reminders of the site history all play a part in creating a vibrant place for future generations to enjoy.  Spaces are organised around a series of new and restored courtyards and covered walkways, culminating in a major new public plaza.
