Axis Mason are currently on site refurbishing the Jersey office of American bank JP Morgan. The works are taking place whilst the bank is still in occupation which requires an intricate phasing plan and coordination between the contractor, client and design team.

 

In addition to completing a CATB fitout for JP Morgan on the ground floor, the newly refurbished office will create four sub-let floors of approximately 5,000sqft. To ensure the new building meets energy efficiency guidelines, the works include a new air conditioning system, double glazed windows and lighting.

 

The project is due for completion by the end of 2011.
