Phase 1B of the Mount Richmore Lifestyle Village, consisting of twenty 2-Bed Apartments and a communal pool area, has now reached completion. The fresh, youthful and contemporary style is creating quite a bit of interest in the rather saturated residential market on the north coast of Durban. It has been 2 years since ground was first broken at Mt Richmore, and the gated estate already boasts the completion of 27 residential units (a mix of freestanding houses, simplexes and apartments), with a further 2 freestanding 3-Bed houses due to be complete by the end of 2011. Groundwork has also begun just outside the Lifestyle Village (within the greater Mt Richmore Development), where Axis Mason have designed a 3000sqm mixed use building consisting of retail, garage and offices.
