This high-quality mixed-use office and residential development in Birmingham will establish a new visual landmark within the urban fabric of the city. The development will provide 450 new apartments, and over 70,000 sq.ft. of office space in addition to 5,000 sq.ft. of new retail space.

A two-storey basement car park will accommodate on-site parking while a new pedestrian foot bridge will provide access to the city centre core from an area in need of significant urban renewal.
