This apartment development provides a total of 73 residential units split over three blocks with undercroft parking for 67 cars.

The scheme was designed to meet Code for Sustainable Homes Level 04 and the housing quality indicator (HQI) system was adopted to measure the scheme in terms of quality, amenity and space standards. Units are also designed to meet Lifetime Homes requirements.

The form and scale of the development relates to its surrounding context with the mass broken down into a series of brick-clad gable fronts. These are linked by glazed aluminium recesses and a series of projecting balconies and expressed dormer windows, which helps establish a formal rhythm and proportion and a highly expressive architectural language.
