Marble Arch Tower - External and internal refurbishment of 1960's Twenty-two storey tower including remodelled two storey high entrance hall to  service office and conference accommodation plus five retail units.

 

St. Saviours House - Conversion of existing warehouse facility into twelve residential units.

 

Office Development, East Grinstead - Refurbishment of existing 1970's office development into modern flexible office space.

No 4 Broadgate - Refurbishment of existing entrance hall and atrium space to provide new reception and security facilities.

 

Essenden Place, Hertfordshire - Remodelling and refurbishment of the main house along with six estate buildings plus two new residential dwellings all set within a Grade 2 Listed estate.

 

Ann Street, St. Helier, Jersey - New Residential Development

 

Office Development, St. Albans - Proposed refurbishment of redundant cinema into new office development.

 

 

 

Construction (Design and Management) Services

 

St. Michaels Mead, Hertfordshire - Master plan and infra-structure for new 250 acre 'new village' development and by-pass.

 

Beaulieu Park, Chelmsford - Infrastructure for 100 acre residential development, including roads, services and structural landscaping.

 

Paddington, London - New build project comprising 220 apartments with basement parking below for private and Housing Association occupation.

 

Marble Arch Tower - External and internal refurbishment of 1960's Twenty-two storey tower.

 

Wychwood Park, Cheshire - Infrastructure works including civil engineering earthworks, balancing ponds and drainage ditches, roads and associated services for five new hamlets and two golf courses with associated facilities.

 

Retail Park, Cambridge - Various projects on and around a redundant household waste site to accommodate a new Retail Park with associated car parking facilities.  The works comprised demolition of existing buildings, new build and installation of a linked monitoring and ventilation installation to the overall site.

 

Brentry Hospital Site, Bristol - Infrastructure for forty-two acre residential site, including roads, services and structural landscaping, decontamination and remedial works to existing grounds all set within a historic parkland landscape with woodland being a Site of Nature Conservation including off-site highway improvements.

 

Brentry Hospital, Bristol - Conversion of listed hospital and various associated buildings to provide 12 apartments 13 Mews style properties, reinstatement of historical gardens.

 

Sandwich, Kent - Various projects relating to a large pharmaceutical sites infrastructure including roads, ditches, lighting and landscaping including alterations to laboratories.

 

London Borough of Haringey - PFI Project comprising the refurbishment, remodelling and new build at twelve different school sites.

 

Apsley Mills, Hertfordshire - Construction on a redundant Industrial Landfill site of 211 apartments with commercial premises at ground floor in three blocks, twelve town houses, a new mooring basin with lifting bridge, hard and soft landscaping and a footbridge over Grand Union Canal.

 

Kings Langley, Hertfordshire - Demolition of existing factory with a new construction behind the retained facade to provide 212 number apartments including basement car parking plus hard landscaping to the podium decks.  Works also included the main services infrastructure for the overall development.

 

One London Wall, London - Fitting out of two floors within existing building to provide new head office accommodation comprising Meeting Rooms, Data Rooms, Break Out Area and open plan office facilities.

 

Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire - Refurbishment and remodelling of a late 1960's twenty-two storey tower block into residential and commercial accommodation at lower levels plus the demolishing of ancillary buildings and new build to provide car parking, retail and private and Housing Association residential accommodation.  Works include the demolition of the existing walkway and car park bridge access and installation of new pedestrian bridge and disabled lift.

 

Birmingham - Limited demolition of an existing car park to accommodate a fifty storey tower block with retail & restaurant units up to podium level, residential units above
