Revitalising one of the most important hotels in Jersey the proposals present an opportunity to redefine the Grand as an important visual landmark for St Helier.

Presenting a balance between respect for the character of the existing building and context and the need to address the wider setting of St Aubin’s Bay, the proposals include re-modelling the existing gable, and improving the ground level entrance and public realm.

A simple glazed extension set behind the existing parapet provides 40 new luxury rooms and suites.
