Le Bourg Farm involves the restoration of a BLI registered farm house, converting the building back from its current status of 5 separate flats to 2 family homes and the construction of a new contemporary home within the site area.
The new home has been designed to sit discreetly behind a single storey granite garden wall, located and detailed to enhance the character and setting of the existing farm house, whilst retaining the privacy and amenity of surrounding properties. Sustainable sedum roofs are used to ensure that the sense of greenery and open outlook across the site from neighbouring properties is retained.
