The Red Lamp development incorporates the proposed change of use and refurbishment of the existing BLI registered former Red Lamp public house in Peter Street, St Helier and the construction of 2 new, modern two bedroom townhouses to the rear at Ingouville Place.
The new buildings are deliberately contemporary in design and retain the sense of enclosure at street level whilst enabling outlook and daylight to upper level living and bedroom spaces. Amenity space is provided with a decked terrace at first floor behind the courtyard wall and large, accessible roof terraces to both units.
