ARNOLD HOUSE
The refurbishment of Arnold House includes enhancements to the external façade, a complete Cat A fit-out, and comprehensive internal renovation.
The reception area features timber-slatted panels, a statement wall covering and a vibrant green wall to introduce warmth and texture. The greenery, contrasts well with the minimalist white surfaces and comfortable seating, creating a welcoming yet professional ambience. The open-plan office area features a neutral colour palette with bright lighting and well-organized workstations, balanced with natural wood planters to integrate greenery throughout the space. A cohesive and welcoming environment, thoughtfully designed for both employees and visitors.
We are currently in the process of obtaining BREEAM accreditation for the building, aiming to achieve a high rating that reflects its strong commitment to sustainability.
