COLOMBERIE RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT

We’re pleased to have received planning approval for the Colomberie Residential Development.

The proposals introduce 29 apartments, flexible commercial space and integrated green amenity areas, creating a contemporary, pedestrian-focused addition to St Helier town centre.
