Construction for Le Pont Farm has now been completed!
This spacious residential property is accompanied by a barn and a pool, as well as being surrounded by a large garden with a pond. The barn has been converted back in 1975 and was in need of an update. It is understood that the rooms on the first floor of the barn were used as bedrooms by previous owners.
As part of the renovation process, the Axis Mason team proposed to remove the dividing wall between the kitchen & dining room to create a flowing open plan linking the living/dining & kitchen in the main house to suit modern day living.
The interior design team wanted to retain the cozy and cottage atmosphere of the property, making it comfortable for a family.
