COVID-19 AXIS MASON SERVICE CONTINUITY PLAN

During the current Covid-19 outbreak, Axis Mason is focused on keeping the health and well-being of our team, our colleagues and our clients as our utmost priority. We are also doing everything we can to maintain business continuity and to provide an appropriate level of service for all clients and projects from each of our studios.

In accordance with government advice, we are therefore now implementing a system of home working which will provide all of our team members with remote access to our practice network including; project files, emails, video conferencing and telephone calls. This will enable our teams to remain contactable and continue to work safely and effectively on projects and will help to mitigate potential disruption whilst minimizing the need for individuals to travel from home.

All of our studios are now operating from home, prioritizing the use of telephone, video conferencing and virtual meeting facilities wherever possible.

We are also monitoring the developing situation on a daily basis in order that we can adapt our working procedures as necessary to respond to any new guidance and advice from the government.

Axis Mason remains committed to working collaboratively and effectively with our clients and colleagues and we send our best wishes to all at this challenging time.
