FIELD H1219 PLANS SUBMITTED

Plans have been submitted for a new supported housing development at Field H1219 in St Helier, just south of Haute Vallée School.

Working alongside Dandara, the proposal brings forward 59 homes, including accessible houses and extra-care apartments, arranged around a shared village square and community hub. Designed to accessible and adaptable standards, the scheme explores how thoughtful planning, landscape and community-focused spaces can support residents’ changing needs over time.

The site was rezoned for supported housing through the Bridging Island Plan, recognising the need for fully accessible homes.
