Original features and material references have been carried through, forming a consistent backdrop to new interventions that introduce warmth, flexibility and a more contemporary workplace experience. The result is a series of spaces that feel both connected to the building’s history and suited to the needs of today.
Now complete, the shared areas create a welcoming and characterful setting for tenants and visitors alike, supporting informal interaction, day-to-day use and a stronger sense of community within the building.
