A range of modern, elegant and cosy homes overlooking the Motlawa river.
We are pleased to share our latest interior project located near our Gdansk studio, Nadmotławie Apartments is a private project. The scheme provides a range of homes in the city centre, on the bank of the Motlawa River between the Old Town and Shipyard. Shipyard is a particularly exciting area for this development as it has been the centre of Gdansk development (learn more on the ArchDaily website). As well as the cosy location, the scheme is very well connected to amenities, such as schools, a medical centre, retail and hospitality, gyms and cinemas.
The project brief was to create several flats that exude luxurious and modern design but remain intimate and comfortable for future residents. Our interior design team have come up with four separate aesthetics for the apartments.
One of the options for the future residents is the Modern Yacht design. This sleek and contemporary approach is illustrated using cooler tones in furniture and fittings, mirroring the design of a luxury yacht. Subtle geometric and creative detailing elevate the overall aesthetic of the place. Tall ceilings and open spaces, accompanied by smooth surfaces bring together the elements of luxury. The lighting fixtures compliment the natural light and the materials used throughout the apartment.
Axis Mason are pleased to be involved in this project and are looking forward to seeing it develop in the upcoming months.
