New Market Yard reimagines the former Randalls Brewery site as a new neighbourhood in the heart of St Helier. A series of residential buildings arranged around connected courtyard gardens, opening up what was once a closed space and stitching it back into the surrounding streets. Clare House and Golding House are now complete, and it’s great to see work progressing so well across the rest of the site.
