The One St Brelade residential scheme is making good progress despite the disruptions caused by Covid-19.⁣

Contractors HVC have been working on site since October; the crane is in and the excavations and underground services are well under way.⁣
⁣
Once complete, One St Brelade will provide eleven luxury residences overlooking the paradisal southern coastline of Jersey.⁣
