9-DAY FORTNIGHT

Introducing a 9-day fortnight at Axis Mason.

From October through until March, we’re condensing the same number of work hours into 9 days instead of 10, allowing our team to enjoy every other Friday off. Implementing a two-team system with alternating Fridays off enables us to prevent project disruptions.

We’ve been exploring innovative ways to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall well-being for our team. Research shows that flexible work arrangements boost motivation, accountability, trust, and appreciation. With this condensed fortnight, we’re working smarter, not harder, finding more efficient ways to maintain or even improve the quality of our output.

With an extended weekend every two weeks, we can focus on what is important to us personally, creating a better work-life balance and improving team well-being, both mentally and physically.
