CONSTRUCTION IN FULL SWING AT BATH STREET

Located in St Helier, Jersey, the general project scope includes five residential blocks (149 apartments in total) and one 4-star Premier Inn hotel aimed at regenerating the urban realm of Bath Street.

The hotel was completed and handed over to the client earlier this year and is currently in use. ‘The Port House’ residential block is also finished and was handed over last month, tenants have already begun moving into their new homes.

The second residential block ‘The Pergola’ is next in line, quickly approaching practical completion, this block consists of a total of 15 one and two-bedroom flats which have already been sold!
