JERSEY STUDIO REFRESH
Our Jersey studio has undergone a major refresh, and we’re thrilled with the outcome. This renovation reflects our dedication to our people and culture, as we proactively strive to enhance our working environment.
We’ve collaborated with Style Office to replace all of our desks and seating, resulting in a thoughtfully curated workspace. We now offer a mix of sit-stand desks and standard desks, facilitating an efficient and flexible hotdesking approach. The inclusion of sit-stand desks enables us to seamlessly transition between sitting and standing, promoting both comfort and health during our workdays. Additionally, we’ve introduced four small pods designed to accommodate more focused work, striking a balance between individual tasks and team interactions. To maintain an organised and clutter-free environment while facilitating efficient hotdesking, we’ve also introduced lockers for securely storing personal belongings.
We’ve also created dedicated collaboration zones, inviting spaces that are perfect for brainstorming sessions, team meetings, and creative exchanges, fostering an environment where ideas flow freely.
The most visually striking change is the installation of Milliken carpets from their latest collection, Northern Soul. The diverse selection from this collection has revitalized our studio space. Its blend of bold and muted tones complements our contemporary studio aesthetic.
We’re excited to see how these changes will positively impact our work culture, boosting productivity and enriching our collaborative efforts.
