PLANNING APPROVAL FOR PREMIER FITNESS CENTRE
We recently gained planning approval for the refurbishment of the vacant Guernsey Bowl site in St. Sampson!
Known as Rock House, this exciting new scheme will bring together a variety of health and well-being operators under one roof, and is set to become Guernsey’s premier multi-use fitness centre for class-based training, sport, and fitness brands.
The redevelopment of the site will breathe life back into this neglected part of the island and will combine an exciting mixture of contemporary finishes and interior design styles. The centre is due to officially open to the public in 2021.
