The 37 Esplanade project’s primary concern was redeveloping the site of the former Swansons Hotel into a multi-tenanted office space spanning over 100,000ft². In doing so, the building responds to the client’s brief; to make a minimal environmental impact on the landscape and to retain a sustainable design ethos throughout.

A simple composition of materials challenges the existing vernacular aesthetic, while a large south-facing fully glazed façade addresses the Esplanade and takes advantage of extensive views towards the waterfront of St. Helier.

Occupants of the building now consist of leading businesses such as VG and Alter Domus.
