Chapel Wharf is situated in the prominent urban core of the City of Salford and is a new destination for high-quality, sustainable living in Greater Manchester. Consisting of four similar yet distinct elements arranged around a communal podium courtyard. The Design provides a varied mix of residential and commercial spaces to create a new dynamic riverside quarter.
The development will provide 995 residential dwellings, a series of retail and commercial units, ground and podium level parking in addition to an extensive landscaped public realm with shared amenity spaces.
