This site occupies a prominent urban block in the centre of St. Helier, which is bound by Charing Cross, York Street, Dumaresq Street and Pitt Street.

This redevelopment is an important gateway to the retail core of St. Helier which links The Parade to the main retail high street of King Street, and forms a central backdrop to the public realm at Charing Cross.

The project delivers a mixed-use scheme comprising of ground floor retail and commercial space, a new 92-bedroom hotel and the restoration and re-use of a number of retained historic buildings, providing café and residential accommodation.

The development provides a new landmark property in the heart of St. Helier for the Channel Islands Co-operative Society, which has had a continuous presence on the site for almost 100 years.
