The development is located in the popular tourist hub, Jurata, which formulates a part of the town Jastarnia on the Hel peninsula. The surrounding landscape of the site consists of white sandy beach, the Baltic sea, and lush forested area, constituting the perfect location for the five-star resort and spa.
Hotel Jurata consists of 6 levels hosting 194 guest rooms and suites, four bars (including jazz, lobby, living room, and sky), multiple restaurants and cafeterias, a ballroom for 300 people, numerous conference/meeting rooms, youth zones, and a wellness area fitted with a spa, swimming pool, and fitness space.
Site work is due to begin in the Spring of 2020, and completion and opening is scheduled for the year 2023.
