The Wistil Hotel & Business Park project is a modern residential and mixed-use development located on a post-industrial site on the northern edge of the historical city of Kalisz, Poland.
The scheme extends over seven and a half acres and includes a hotel and offices, embedded within a landscaped area of connected green spaces.
The site will be linked to the northern areas of the town by a footbridge over the canal and a soon-to-be constructed bus station for the neighbourhood.
