This elegant yet simple design is located on the site of the property’s existing tennis court.  The linear plan is configured to allow a clear split between public and private accommodation with the main living spaces extending out to an external terrace maximising the elevated panoramic views.

The modest geometry is emphasised through a limited material palette of stone, charred timber and glass, these traditional building materials will be crafted together to create a house that is bedded into the landscape minimising the impact from distant views.
