ROZEL REFURBISHMENT
Nestled at the eastern end of Rozel Bay this 1980s property has undergone a transformative revival, seamlessly blending modernity with the charm of Rozel’s unique locale.
The internal layout of the main house has been thoughtfully redesigned to present a contemporary space, characterised by an open-plan design that maximises the breathtaking sea views. Due to the original layout and subsequent additions over the years, the first floor now comprises two distinctive areas, each housing two bedrooms and accessible via unique staircases. The front includes a master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, alongside a second bedroom with ensuite. A terrace connects these rooms taking advantage of the views over the bay. The original garage block now boasts a double garage and guest accommodation.
