THE NORTHERN QUARTER

Work will soon be starting on site for an exciting, regeneration project situated adjacent to the Co-op Grande Marche, opposite Millennium Park in St Helier.

The Northern Quarter includes four principal buildings separated by unique, landscaped amenity courtyards & interconnected pedestrian routes above a covered car parking and service area. This new residential build consists of 195 apartments, that will be a mix of social housing and private sale, alongside 2 retail units.

The design comprises of modern methods of construction with a combination of traditional and local materials in a tonal palette to respect the character of the local area.
