Arnold House is another example of the opportunity and value of ADAPTIVE RE-USE of ageing office buildings.

The project includes enhancements to the external façade and a comprehensive internal renovation to Cat-A standard. The reception area features timber-slatted panels, a statement wall covering and a vibrant green wall to establish an immediate visual impact at the entrance, introducing vibrancy, warmth and texture that will re-position the building as a desirable, contemporary new workplace environment.

The open-plan office area features a neutral colour palette with enhanced lighting and flexible workplace settings, enhanced with natural wood planters and integrated greenery throughout to establish a calmer, more welcoming environment that promotes a sense of collaboration and team well-being.

The design team is currently in the process of obtaining BREEAM accreditation for the building, targeting a high rating to reflect the project ethos of re-use rather than replace and the client’s strong commitment to SUSTAINABILITY.
