Atlanta Włocławek’s principle aim as a project was to provide a concept design for the expansion of a dried fruits and sweets factory, this envisaged an increase in the warehouse area by about 4,500 m² and office space by approx. 2,300 m².
In the immediate vicinity of the main road, there is an office building whose three-storey base is clad in a sand-coloured brick tile. Its height is adapted to the neighbouring production building. Its two last storeys are a culmination that forms rectangular solids with large glazing on their longer sides. The whole is finished with a dark grey metal cladding that was also used in a high storage warehouse at the southern end of the plot.
The remaining building bodies were raised, and new warehouses were added. All façades have been unified using aluminium panels. In the place of the old workshop there was a car park for 87 parking spaces.
