Bath Street is a mixed use development of high architectural and design quality, it consists of 144 apartments, a 122 bedroom hotel, and commercial units.
The ‘vision’ for the project is to create a unique residential and tourism led development within a busy town centre location, as part of a new, vibrant urban quarter in the heart of St Helier, with supporting food and beverage and commercial uses at ground floor to maximise active frontages at street level.
The high quality apartments will help to address the increasing demand for homes for the Island community. The 122 bedroom Premier Inn will help to provide a long term investment opportunity in the tourism sector.
The project will be a sustainable design solution which incorporates current industry environmental obligations and meets the client’s sustainability objectives.
