The modernisation and re-use of La Brecque has transformed a tired, outdated 1980’s house into a contemporary beachfront home that makes the most of it’s unique location overlooking Rozel Bay.
The internal layout of the main house has been thoughtfully redesigned to create a contemporary new living space, characterised by an open-plan design that maximises the breathtaking sea views. The original first floor layout, variously altered and extended over the years, has also been adapted to create two distinctive areas, each housing two bedrooms and with separate access stairs.
A new master bedroom suite with a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite occupies a prime location with expansive view over the bay. A second ensuite bedroom is located alongside, sharing the main upper floor terrace and the view. A detached block to the rear contains a large double garage and guest accommodation.
This ADAPTIVE RE-USE project has transformed an existing property to meet the needs of contemporary living whilst embracing the drama and opportunity of its spectacular beachfront setting.
