Le Grand Douet is a contemporary residential development on the edge of St Helier, delivering a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments designed to provide high-quality, SUSTAINABLE urban living.
The scheme provides over 200 new homes for affordable rental, each with private balconies or terraces, landscaped communal gardens and secure basement parking for bicycles and cars.
