Le Vivier is a 15,000 sq. ft. luxury estate set on seven acres of landscaped grounds in heart of the Jersey countryside.
Works included the extensive refurbishment of the main house with four-bedroom suites, a two-bedroom guest cottage, and a one-bedroom staff apartment. The design exploits the existing features of the main house with its high ceilings and generously proportioned windows alongside premium materials and finishes such marble and oak, to create a sense of elegant grandeur and comfort.
Recreational facilities include a heated indoor pool complex, private spa and fully equipped gym, alongside a cinema room and bar for entertainment. Externally, extensive landscaped grounds, with manicured lawns and a sunny walled garden, provide a serene outdoor retreat, allowing the development to sit comfortably within its countryside setting.
The project was developed in close COLLABORATION with client DiCasa to ensure the design met with their brief to create a sanctuary of luxury and tranquillity, harmonising traditional architectural elements with modern design and sustainability, to create one of the Island’s most exquisite properties.
