One St Brelade occupies a stunning elevated site with panoramic views across St Brelades Bay on the southern coast of Jersey. The development comprises 11 deluxe apartments, extending over five levels above underground parking, with a range of concierge, wellness and amenity spaces for residents and extensive planted terraces which embed the building within its landscape context.

The architectural identity of the building is defined by a series of continuous, sweeping balconies, providing all apartments with large, south-facing terraces overlooking the Bay. Storey-height glazing and patio doors enable the open plan, internal living spaces to extend outwards, maximising the opportunity for indoor-outdoor living and heightening the visual connection to the Bay.

A highly CONTEXTUAL approach to materials, with the use of engineered granite throughout, ensures that the building is firmly rooted to its hillside setting. Planted roof gardens with passive irrigation are located across various levels, providing additional shared outdoor space for residents to enjoy the spectacular views, whilst densely planted green edges reinforce the green backdrop, protecting and enhancing biodiversity and significantly increasing the ecological value of the site.
