Situated amongst the coastal heights of Jersey’s southern region, One St Brelade provides deluxe living across eleven 2-3 bed private residences. Vast picture-frame windows and sweeping balconies provide each apartment with an abundance of natural light coupled with striking views across St Brelade’s Bay. In keeping with the material tradition of Jersey architecture and ensuring minimal maintenance, the building exterior is clad in granite; to reflect the splendour of the interior, doors and windows are framed in anodised aluminium.
Spanning five storeys, the complex boasts a wellness centre, meeting room, and private gym for the exclusive use of the residents. All the apartments enjoy secure private underground parking and communal visitor parking with video access control. Concierge and caretaker services combined with individually controlled media and lighting ensure the design blends comfort and functionality, for the ultimate luxury lifestyle.
To reduce One St Brelade’s impact on the neighbours and soften the appearance of the structure within the surrounding landscape, roof gardens with integrated storage and passive irrigation are located across various levels, and complement the balconies that stretch across the length of the southern façade. Communal gardens with elegant landscaping and soft lighting provide further outdoor space for residents to enjoy the spectacular views. Highly landscaped green edges envelop the development – recognising the St Brelade Environmental Plan and enhance the character of the countryside whilst providing additional privacy for residents.
The interior design for communal spaces has been carried out by Darling Associates, whilst the individual apartments and principle design aims were established and curated by Castletree Homes.
