Axis Mason developed this scheme for Ablon Group to provide flexible waterside accommodation aimed at the international investor and tourism market.

The site is located at the edge of a large in-land lake, in the village of Wiślinka. The lake connects to an extensive network of waterways, channels and further open lakes that provide a wide range of water sports and leisure activities for surrounding residents and visitors.

The buildings in the development are arranged along the edge of an upgraded lake-side port and are grouped to form a small, sheltered marina-style resort. Lower level apartments have large external deck areas providing direct access to the lake with several blocks incorporating small scale food and beverage and retail outlets, and in turn, activating a new lake-side walkway. Each of the buildings is connected by a quay above the private bay, providing easy access to the moored boats.

The central part of the plot has been earmarked for the construction of a hotel and tennis courts.
