This workplace RETROFIT project for SG Kleinwort Hambros provides a contemporary, minimalist work environment that is both visually appealing and highly functional.
The open-plan layout is thoughtfully arranged to incorporate agile working together with a client suite, boardroom, meeting rooms, breakout spaces, and various collaboration areas. The layout of the main office space provides a dynamic work environment, offering a range of spaces that employees can choose from to suit specific tasks, whether it be quiet focus or collaborative engagement. Movable furniture and flexible workstations also allow the office and workplace settings to adapt easily to the changing needs of the team.
The meeting rooms and client suite provide a professional yet welcoming atmosphere, with glass walls to create privacy and acoustic separation whilst allowing high levels of natural light, maintaining a sense of openness and team working. Breakout spaces and collaboration areas are strategically placed throughout the office, offering informal settings for team discussions or a simple change of scenery.
This new workplace is designed to be a welcoming and productive environment that enhances flexibility, collaboration, and employee WELL-BEING.
