Client, Sovereign Guernsey recognised the need to create a workplace environment that would foster collaboration, creativity, and employee well-being. 

In conjunction with Axis Mason and IOP, they therefore embarked on a transformative journey to create a new office space that would align with these values and support their vision for the future.  

Located on the top floor of the recently refurbished Frances House, the design of the new space reflects a deep understanding of evolving workplace dynamics; a modern, open-plan layout encourages cross-departmental collaboration and breaks down silos, fostering a sense of unity and teamwork. The inclusion of comfortable breakout areas, informal meeting spaces, and communal areas encourage employees to connect and exchange ideas, fuelling INNOVATION and CREATIVITY. 

Commercial interior company, IOP were responsible for bringing the design to life; project managing the fit-out and selecting and procuring appropriate, flexible workstations and ergonomic furniture for the new space. 

The result is a new, agile workspace that promotes employee well-being and provides a healthy and comfortable environment to enable and support the continued success of the team.
