Upper House is an ADAPTIVE RE-USE project that provides modern, serviced office space within an existing underutilised office building in St. Peter Port, Guernsey.
Designed in collaboration with Daynes Design, Upper House redefines the modern workspace, blending flexibility, functionality, and aesthetics to create a productive and welcoming atmosphere.
The interiors embrace a careful balance of natural materials, calming tones, and vibrant details to create a professional, warm, and inviting atmosphere. Dynamic breakout spaces encourage informal meetings, creative conversations, or quiet focus. Rich textures, natural lighting, and carefully placed pops of colour energise the space, creating an environment that feels both functional and inspiring.
The kitchen and communal areas are a flexible hub for teams to recharge. Minimalist finishes and soft accents create a calm, practical space. Refined details such as terrazzo surfaces, bold accents, and thoughtfully layered materials add personality and depth.
This project, delivered for Field Day Developments, embodies modern design and functionality, offering professionals an adaptable and sophisticated workplace.
