THE NORTHERN QUARTER TOPPING OUT CEREMONY
Rok Group and Andium Homes recently held an official Topping out ceremony of Block B for The Northern Quarter. Topping out is a builders’ rite traditionally held when the last beam is placed atop a structure.
The final Remagin panel was signed by all partners involved in the build and design, then hoisted into position accompanied by Ailsa Jayne Howie on the bagpipes. A memorable atmosphere to commemorate this milestone.
