A NEW LOCATION FOR INVESTEC
Our interiors team recently collaborated with Investec to relocate the Jersey team into the newly refurbished Liberation House. A modern working environment with staff wellbeing at the forefront.
Different work settings allow for collaboration & focus time with biophilia incorporated to enhance the office space. Quality height adjustable workstations & chairs were procured from Style Office and allocated to each team member.
Beautiful artwork by local artist Hazel Wynn hangs proudly throughout the state-of-the-art Client suite, sophisticated and classy – a great reflection of the Investec Team.
The ‘pause’ area was placed in the best location on the floor for all to enjoy! Benefitting from an abundance of natural light and views to marvel during downtime or entertaining. New high-end WC’s, Shower facilities, drying room, lockers & changing rooms were also factored into the refurbishment.
Mitchells Building Contractors were the main contractor on this scheme with Brady & Gallagher M&E sub contractor.
