PROGRESS UPDATE: ONE ST BRELADE

This luxury development on Jersey’s southern coastline is nearing completion. In keeping with the material tradition of Jersey architecture the building exterior is clad in muted rose granite with doors and windows framed in bronze anodised aluminium to reflect the splendour of the interior.

Sweeping balconies wrap around the southern elevation with a rhythm of drops, maximising natural light within interior spaces alongside panoramic sunrise-to-sunset views over St Brelade’s Bay.

The terracing of the building to the east and west, developed using sunlight studies, incorporate roof gardens at various levels to provide privacy screening and help soften the appearance within the surrounding landscape.
